6728 Del Playa is a 2 story - 5 bedroom house. This mountainside Del Playa house features  AMAZING ocean views, light and ocean breeze. The view over looks the park, beach, and ocean. There is no housing blocking the ocean across from you! 

There is private yard and patio space on both sides of the property. Plenty of room for storing surfboards, bikes, and for having bbqs and hanging out.

Upstairs there are faux wood floors, and the stairs are carpeted.

The downstairs bedrooms have ample closet space and the bright upstairs bedrooms have built in lofts. All bedrooms connect to bathrooms.

The kitchen is an open concept, flowing into the large living room, and features 2 refridgerators. 

A  paved and spacious driveway has plenty of space for 4 cars, a necessity if you choose to live on Del Playa as street parking is very difficult to secure. Bike racks are provided at back of driveway. 

Owner pays for landscape maintenance. Residents are responsible for  water, trash/recycle, gas, electricity, and internet/cable services. Parking is offered at an additional charge.
