Isla Vista Move In Information

Move in Day is JULY 15th! We can not accomodate early move ins. 

How to get your keys:
You can pick up your keys on 7/15 between 11am and 1pm at 6610 Trigo. Look for an IVP representative set up with a table in front.

You must have a photo i.d and you must be a Lessee to pick up keys. Keys are not given to Guarantors or sub leasers. There are absolutely no exceptions.

We will give all keys to one Lessee. We will not hold individual keys, it's up to one person to distribute them to all roommates.

UTILITIES:
When you pick up your keys you will need to show proof that you have set up your Electricity, Gas, and Trash accounts. You will not be given keys if you have not set these accounts up. You should call now to do this and let them know you have a move in date of 7/15.

You do need to set up your internet and cable directly through the provider. You may use Cox Cable, or anyone else you choose. 

MONEY DUE:
All of your security deposit must be paid, as well your July installment of rent, before you can take occupancy or can be given any keys. Please be sure to check your tenant portal before you attempt to obtain your keys to see if you have any outstanding balances that need to be paid. 

PARKING:
You will receive a parking pass for each space you have reserved on 7/15.

STORAGE/BIKES:
Nothing can be stored on the property before 7/15. Please don't put your bike at your new house before this date, you will run the risk of it being hauled.
