Your student’s Isla Vista home is our priority! We take pride in our properties being a step above the rest.

• We respond to all maintenance requests within 24 hours, and to emergency maintenance issues immediately.
• We require each resident to have a Guarantor. Feel confident that every roommate your child has also has a parent/guardian signing the same paperwork you are. We suggest you all get in contact. 
•  Before you sign the Guarantor Form you may have a few questions about the Lease. Please review it carefully, and if you have additional questions, we are here to help. 
• The student community in Isla Vista is very important to us. We work closely with the UCSB Community Housing Office, The Santa Barbara County Sherriff, the UCSB Alcohol and Drug Program, and UCSB Student Life to stay involved with happenings in Isla Vista.
